The airport is situated three miles (5km) from Burbank and 12 miles (20km) north of Los Angeles. The airport was officially renamed Bob Hope Airport on 17 December 2003, the 100th anniversary of the Wright brothers’ first flight and the year that Hope was born. The airport has recently undergone a renovation and expansion.
The airport is the closest airport to Hollywood and central Los Angeles. The airport is located on Hollywood Way, which can be accessed via the Golden State Hwy-5. It is quick, safe, Guaranteed and the one day pay by internet will be deducted from your bill at the parking lot. Plans to further expand the airport with a new passenger terminal have been put on hold, due to opposition from the Burbank City Council and community groups. |

- In Bob hope Airport Parking, Five million passengers use the airport each year, and in order to encourage their popular ease of use, the Airport Authority has proposed increasing the terminal from 170,000 to 250,000 square feet. So I like very much and thank a lot.
- Bob hope Airport Parking is the best airport in BUR. There's no doubt about it and I will fight you if you disagree with me. LAX blows. And I mean it really, really blows in comparison. I like smart services.
- Bob hope Airport Parking is five minutes from my house, and I like to park at their lots for $12 a day when I don't get a lift or take a taxi. It is not a small airport, to be sure, but with that limited size comes speed and Convenience you do not getting in more major airports.
