The Mission of the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority is to provide the Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater service area with "World Class" air transportation services and facilities to meet our collective requirements to deliver safe, convenient and efficient aviation related services. Tampa International Airport's Landside/Airside terminal was the first of its type in the world. There is a central "Landside Terminal" where baggage and ticketing functions take place.
One of the most beautiful, functional airport terminals in the world today. A combination of terminal roof top auto parking, escalators and a shuttle system, insures passengers that their airplane boarding gate is never far from their ground transportation. All lots are staffed and open 24 hours a day, but space availability varies. Reservations for parking are not necessary or available. |
