Bishop International Airport (FNT) is "The smart way to fly", and has been predicted to be the second fastest growing airport in the nation from 2000 to 2010, according to a recent study by Michael J. Boyd of The Boyd Group.
At Bishop International Airport, our purpose is to make your transition from ground travel to air travel easy, safe and pleasant. Our passenger terminal, which opened in 1993, was planned, engineered and built with visions of the 21st century, while always keeping the needs of the traveler as the focus.
The airport, with a staff of 50 full- and part-time employees, is managed by a nine-member authority appointed by the mayor of Flint and the Genesee County Board of Commissioners. |
